Play Wave Technologies, Dubai, is seeking a motivated Tele Sales Agent to join its sales team. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, understanding needs, presenting products, and converting leads into sales.

You will engage with clients, meet targets, and collaborate with sales and customer service teams in a busy environment. English fluency required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Present and explain products or services clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Handle questions, objections and concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and sales activities
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams when required
• Provide regular updates and sales reports to management
