HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As High-End Operations & Distribution Specialist at Cartier, you will coordinate the movement of High-End pieces across our boutique network, ensuring they reach the right boutique in time for client appointments, confirmed orders and events.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?

Supply Chain & Distribution

• Manage warehouse stock allocation for confirmed High-End orders and track the arrival and return of wishlist pieces and special orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and transfers between the warehouse and boutiques, including monthly Temporary Admission recalls.
• Work with local and HQ merchandising teams to confirm availability, coordinate stock requests and rebalance stock across boutiques.
• Act as a key contact for the warehouse, boutiques and HQ on supply matters and urgent imports and exports. Flag risks early and help resolve issues that could delay deliveries.

Boutique Support & High-End Events

• Keep boutiques and retail partners informed of stock availability, order status and delivery timelines.
• Work with Logistics, Finance, IT, Commercial and HQ to fulfil client orders and resolve delays or urgent requests.
• Coordinate operational support for High-End events, including stock transfers, stock condition tracking and sales reporting.

Sales Administration & Process Improvement

• Create purchase orders, sales orders and outbound deliveries, process manual invoices and coordinate returns with the wider Operations team.
• Manage price updates and discrepancies, follow up on master data requests and support boutiques and other markets with requests through the High-End reservation platform.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP, including goods issue dates, delivery blocks, consignment status and back orders.
• Map sales administration and distribution workflows, identify recurring delays and manual steps, and propose ways to simplify or automate them.

Reporting & Regional Projects

• Consolidate boutique trackers for weekly reporting and sales estimates.
• Support operational analysis and regional communications, and contribute to regional Operations projects.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

• Experience in supply chain, distribution, sales administration or operations. Experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or a comparable ERP system and confidence using Excel for tracking and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail when managing stock, orders and transactions, and the ability to prioritise time-sensitive requests.
• Clear communication and a service mindset when working with boutiques, the warehouse and regional and HQ teams.
• A proactive approach to solving operational issues and improving ways of working.
