Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced driver in Abu Dhabi to operate heavy-duty vehicles in full compliance with local laws and company safety standards.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, load and unload cargo or passengers safely, and optimize routes using GPS to ensure timely deliveries across Abu Dhabi and nearby areas.

Qualifications

• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (e.g., Manual License, Bus, Truck) as per Abu Dhabi regulations.
• 3–5 years of proven experience driving heavy-duty vehicles in the UAE with strong knowledge of local roads.
• Certification in defensive driving or road safety courses is advantageous.

• Navigate complex routes within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas, utilizing GPS and maps to optimize delivery schedules and avoid traffic congestion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License (e.g., Manual License, Bus, Truck categories) as per Abu Dhabi regulations.




• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience driving heavy-duty vehicles in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local road networks and traffic conditions.




• Certification in defensive driving or road safety courses is highly advantageous.




• Proficiency in operating various types of heavy-duty vehicles and equipment relevant to the industry (e.g., construction, logistics, public transport).
