Job summary

Al Nasiya General Contracting in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Heavy Vehicle/Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials and equipment to designated sites across Abu Dhabi and nearby areas. You will follow UAE traffic laws, schedules, and company safety procedures while maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy Vehicle / Truck Driver.
• Valid UAE Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
• Safe driving record.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, construction, or contracting is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Currently based in UAE.
• Able to attend personal interview in UAE.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport construction materials equipment and goods to designated locations
• Follow UAE traffic laws approved routes delivery schedules and company safety procedures
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and within permitted weight limits
• Maintain accurate trip mileage fuel and delivery records
• Coordinate with site supervisors storekeepers and logistics personnel
• Report vehicle defects accidents delays and maintenance requirements immediately
• Keep the truck clean safe and in good operating condition
• Assist with the safe loading and unloading of materials when required
• Protect company vehicles transported materials and delivery documents
