Job summary

Accor hotels in Dubai are seeking a housekeeping attendant to support all cleaning functions across guest rooms and public areas. You will work under the Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in housekeeping in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow instructions, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Physically able to handle cleaning tasks and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignment sheets from Housekeeping office.
• Attend section meetings and communicate guest requests.
• Ensure stock of amenities, cleaning supplies, and linen is available.
• Check rooms with Make Up and Do Not Disturb signs.
• End-of-day service area closing and ensure equipment safety.
• Provide guests with professional service and hospitality protocols.
