Job summary

Accor in Dubai is hiring a Housekeeping Attendant for rooms and public areas. You will clean guest rooms and maintain spotless public spaces, following established standards to ensure guest comfort and hotel safety.

The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends. Training is provided to uphold brand quality across the hotel’s properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and variable schedules.
• Physically able to move a fully loaded housekeeping trolley, lift equipment, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public areas to Accor standards.
• Prepare housekeeping trolley and stock supplies before shifts.
• Clean windows, doors, walls, wardrobes and fixtures as required.
• Restock amenities and replace used linens and toiletries.
• Vacuum rooms, hallways and public spaces; move furniture as needed for deep cleaning.
• Inspect and report room defects or safety concerns to management.
