AMERICAN HOSPITAL in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to deliver high-quality hiring for Allied Medical, Admin and Support Services. You will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source CVs, post jobs on internal and external portals, and screen candidates to meet DHA requirements.

The role requires strong English communication, familiarity with MS Office, and prior Middle East healthcare recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Well-versed in MS Office applications.
• Previous Middle Eastern recruitment experience in the Healthcare sector is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carries out recruitment requirements under the Allied Medical, Admin and Support Services divisions.
• Sources CVs for budgeted positions as per MSR.
• Executes job postings on internal and external websites and other job portals registered with American Hospital Dubai (AHD).
• Screens CVs as per DHA requirements through cold calling.
• Conducts initial screening of applicants by cold calling before forwarding them to the concerned department head.
