Job summary

HYF Medical Center in Dubai is seeking a proactive Procurement & Warehouse Officer to manage end-to-end purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory control across medical supplies and general items. You will optimize stock levels, ensure proper receiving, and maintain rigorous documentation in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

This full-time role requires strong negotiation skills, ERP familiarity, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant procurement, purchasing, warehouse or inventory experience.
Experience in a medical center, hospital or healthcare organization preferred.
Experience buying medical supplies and healthcare consumables is a plus.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage daily purchasing for medical supplies, consumables, medicines, and office items within budget.
Obtain supplier quotations, compare price/quality/delivery, and prepare orders and procurement docs.
Coordinate with suppliers on prices, availability, and payment terms; maintain records.
Receive and inspect deliveries; ensure proper storage and documentation.
Monitor stock levels, perform counts, and report discrepancies; ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain supplier database, evaluate performance, and assist in supplier selection.
Control costs, seek savings, and report procurement costs to management.
Coordinate with Finance for invoices, payments, and audits as required.
