Job summary

Al Jawad is seeking a healthcare operations professional to map how hospitals operate from admission to claim and to translate that into a precise specification a delivery team can build.

You will map clinical and administrative pathways on site with the people who run them, specify requirements for EMR, orders, pharmacy, laboratory and revenue cycle, and trace claim rejections to the upstream step that produced them.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in healthcare operations, HIS implementation or medical coding.
• Fluency in the vocabulary of length of stay, claim rejection and bed turn.
• Precision in writing—clinical specifications leave no room for ambiguity.
• The patience to sit in an admissions department for a week.
• Arabic and English, professionally.

Responsibilities

• Map clinical and administrative pathways on site, with the people who run them.
• Specify requirements for EMR, orders, pharmacy, laboratory and revenue cycle.
• Trace claim rejections to the step upstream that produced them.
• Run departmental testing and sign-off with the heads who own each area.
• Support adoption after go-live, where most of the value is won or lost.
