Job summary

NADZ Healthcare is seeking a Finance Executive to manage daily financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and healthcare industry experience.

Responsibilities include handling payables/receivables, accounting records, budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and aiding audits and reporting across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (hospitals, clinics, or medical centers).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support audits by providing required documentation.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial matters and reporting.
