Job summary
HealthHub, part of Al-Futtaim Health, seeks a Healthcare Data Scientist – Clinical Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our corporate team in Dubai Festival City. You will work at the intersection of analytics, reporting, machine learning, and BI to transform healthcare data into actionable insights.
The role requires strong healthcare domain knowledge and expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, and healthcare analytics, with collaboration across clinical leadership and operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and UAE residency.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with healthcare datasets.
- Experience within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, medical centres or health insurance organisations.
- Advanced Power BI, Tableau, and SQL experience.
- Python and/or R experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyse operational, financial, clinical, claims, pharmacy, patient activity and healthcare utilisation datasets.
- Develop actionable insights to improve operational performance and patient outcomes.
- Design and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards; produce executive reports.
- Build predictive models to support healthcare operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, finance, operations and quality teams.
