Qualifications

• 2-5 years of data-science experience, incl. healthcare datasets
• Proficient in Python or R and advanced SQL
• Familiarity with DHA NABIDH Malaffi UAE data-residency rules or clinical decision-support systems is valuable
• Dashboard development or descriptive reporting alone does not satisfy modeling requirements

Responsibilities

• Build, train, test and evaluate ML models for clinical/operational healthcare use cases
• Develop prediction solutions for patient risk and readmission
• Apply advanced analytics to claims and revenue-cycle performance
• Work with EHR, pharmacy, lab, claims, and patient activity data
• Define training/validation/testing approaches to minimize bias and leakage
• Explain model behavior with SHAP or LIME
• Translate insights into decision-support workflows
• Collaborate with clinicians on practical relevance
