Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Medical Core Transformation Lead to drive end-to-end modernization of the health insurer’s core medical systems, including policy, claims, and provider management.

You will own the transformation roadmap, collaborate across Medical, Operations, Finance, and Compliance, and ensure regulatory and data privacy readiness while delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in health insurance, payer operations, or healthcare tech.
• Proven leadership of large-scale core system transformation programs in medical insurance.
• Deep understanding of medical claims, benefits, pricing, provider networks, and utilization management.
• Experience modernizing legacy platforms to modern or SaaS-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the transformation program.
• Own governance, milestones, dependencies, and risk management.
• Partner with Medical, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to digitize rules.
• Oversee vendor and partner management to align with architecture and security.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and data privacy compliance.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and advanced capabilities like AI-driven operations.
