Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing required.
• 1–2 years of experience in LTVU.
• Basic knowledge of patient care, safety practices, and infection control.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Must have DOH License.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning for comfort and safety.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting dignity and respect.
