• Sets up equipment and assists in preparing patient couches.

• Ensure patient satisfaction through supporting the personal hygiene and daily living needs and providing comfort and transportation to the patient. Perform multiple tasks to fulfill the needs of patient and clinic in supervision and guidance from the Immediate in-charge

Responsibilities

• Provides patient comfort by utilizing resources and materials, answering patients’ call and requests, and reporting observations of the patient to immediate in charge.
• Ensure the satisfaction of patients on their needs of Ambulate, Transport or Escort.
• Enhances nursing department and Clinic reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests. Anticipate needs of patients who are waiting for consultation with the doctor.
• Spot patient discomfort and take appropriate measures to alleviate their concerns.
• Assist in patient relations, appointment scheduling and telephonic updates to patients.
• Document the Entrusted forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping patient information confidential.
• Serves and protects the Clinic by adhering to professional standards, clinic policies and procedures, federal standards.
• Assist in nursing station, front office, laboratory, radiology, and other clinic clerical works.
• Setting up equipment required by healthcare professionals.
• Assisting in preparing patient couch
• Work strictly within the scope of patient care and under supervision of Head Nurse.
• Encourage the patients to procure medication form our pharmacies.
• Promote other departments, doctors, and diagnostic facilities available within the clinic make patients feel comfortable
• Restock consulting rooms
• Assist in carrying lab samples to the lab
• Assist in health promotion or health education work
• Assist doctors in completing the medical records and insurance claim forms
• Immediately bring attention to the Manager In case there is disparity between the medical records and insurance claim form
• Adhere to follow the NMC s grooming policy, Uniform policy, and ID Badge policies
