Job summary

KEO Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced OSH Engineer to lead safety management on our diverse building projects. You will maintain the Safety Management System, provide expert HSE advice, and raise on-site safety standards across teams and contractors.

The role requires a NEBOSH diploma and about 12 years of relevant experience, with hands-on work on large-scale building and villa projects in Abu Dhabi. You will join a group that values safety, integrity and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Holder of Diploma in NEBOSH or equivalent
• Hands-on experience on largescale building/villas projects in Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce standards of safety in compliance with KEO’s Health and Safety Management System and Client requirements.
• Performing facility inspections and reporting on condition affecting daily operations
• Monitoring and tracking all facility-related activities.
• Providing FM technical support to the maintenance teams.
• Review and inspect work areas, determining potential occurrence of safety hazards.
• Observe and ensure staff on site always; wear PPE, use hard hats and protective footwear, operate construction equipment safely and follow KEO’s safety policies.
• Conduct daily inspections of the projects to ensure compliance and, where applicable, make recommendations for change.
• In case of emergency determine and investigate the cause of the accident, establish a report and provide recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and implement safety policies needed to reduce accident-related costs.
• Regulate set policies, soliciting input from managers and workers.

Our newest opportunity is for a talented OSH Engineer to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

The OSH Engineer will be responsible for maintaining effective operation and management of KEO’s Safety Management System on our project, providing HSE advice and information to KEO staff and contractors, to raise the standards of Health and Safety on site.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Develop and implement safety policies needed to reduce accident-related costs.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 12 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor of relevant, from an accredited University or College program.

• Holder of Diploma in NEBOSH or equivalent.
• Hands on experience gained from working on largescale building/villas projects in Abu Dhabi is being looked for.
