Job summary

Fitness First Middle East's Health and Fitness Manager oversees all operations across club programs, focusing on member well-being and revenue growth. You will lead Fitness Team Leads and Coaches, ensuring high service standards and program delivery aligns with brand promises in a dynamic club environment.

We seek a dynamic leader with passion for fitness, strong communication, and expertise in training delivery, safety, and equipment knowledge, to foster a positive culture for staff and members

Qualifications

• Must have firm knowledge and experience of managing Health & Fitness teams.
• Experience in talent selection, recruiting and team building.
• Ability to address revenue streams (PTC/PTS) with practical solutions.
• Familiar with international training standards and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, programming and nutrition.
• Group classes background; Les Mills/Global program desirable.
• Dynamic, confident and brand-driven with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS).
• Delivery of GX, Swim, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets.
• Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes.
• Enhance customer experience and engagement.
• Launch and improve new Health & Fitness products offerings.
• Promote a culture of Winning Ways.
