Fitness First in Dubai is seeking a top-performing Club General Manager to lead one of our flagship clubs. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, drive member journey through fitness, personal training, and group exercise, and uphold the brand's standards.

You will recruit, develop and coach team members, implement retention strategies, and manage the club's Profit and Loss to deliver stakeholder value.
