Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Transformation Leadership executive to guide the medical core system transformation program in the UAE. You will own strategy, design, and execution, ensuring outcomes, timelines, and value realization.

The role drives modernization from legacy platforms to API-driven cores, partners with Medical Operations, Finance, Compliance and Provider Relations, and governs vendors to ensure quality and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

Senior leadership with 12+ years in health insurance, payer operations, or healthcare tech.
Experience leading large-scale core system transformations in medical insurance.
Deep understanding of claims, benefits, pricing, provider networks, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design and execution of the medical core system transformation program.
Own transformation across core medical domains and modernize legacy platforms to API-driven solutions.
Partner with Medical Operations, Finance, Actuarial, Compliance and Provider Relations to align business rules and regulatory requirements.
Oversee vendor engagement and governance to ensure architecture, security and delivery commitments.
Establish program governance, milestones, dependencies and risks with change readiness and migration planning.
Ensure regulatory compliance readiness including audits, reporting and controls.
Drive adoption and value realization through process redesign and change management.
