Job description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated Food & Beverage professionals who can assist in organizing and directing a team that develops top-quality food & beverage products, with prompt, accurate, and personalized service.

As a Head Waiter/Head Waitress, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, ensuring their restaurant visit becomes a memorable dining experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Working in close cooperation with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with departmental SOPs.
  3. Monitoring duty schedules for the respective team.
  4. Ensuring proper appearance and grooming of assigned employees.
  5. Working towards the timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to meal settings and opening hours.
  6. Handling guest arrivals and seating, including taking over from the hostess if necessary.
  7. Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with patrons to ensure their well-being.
  8. Being familiar with the outlet's menu, promotional activities, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet and hotel.
  9. Contributing to meet and maximize the monthly revenue budget for the outlet.
