Job summary

Eatx, a Dubai-grown hospitality group, is seeking a passionate Head Waiter/Waitress for a prestigious, high-volume fine dining venue in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hospitality and a t rack record in fine dining.

You will lead a section, coordinate service, present menus and recommendations, and ensure accurate orders while upholding service standards. Fluent English is essential; additional language skills are a strong advantage, and you will collaborate

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Head Waiter.
• Experience in upscale, fine-dining or high-volume restaurant.
• Strong menu knowledge, sales ability and guest engagement.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned section and coordinate Waiters and Runners during service.
• Welcome guests, present menus and provide confident food and beverage recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate allergies and special requests clearly.
• Monitor table progression, timing and presentation throughout the dining experience.
• Support upselling and ensure bills are processed accurately.
• Coach junior team members and reinforce service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and supervisors during busy periods.
