Job summary

Daikan Izakaya Restaurant in Abu Dhabi seeks a head waiter to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This onsite role places you at the frontline, coordinating service, managing guests, and upholding the highest Japanese hospitality standards.

You will lead and mentor staff, maintain cleanliness, handle guest issues, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Previous supervisory experience in a fine-dining or Izakaya setting is essential, with strong English
