Qualifications

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards Consulting.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits design and/or HR Analytics.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering capabilities with data-driven influence.
• Knowledge of analytics tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI.
• Independent, data driven, self-starter and able to lead & collaborate on projects.
• Comfortable working in a constantly changing environment and with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple data sources.

Responsibilities

• Drive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business goals.
• Advise People leadership on compensation frameworks.
• Design and evolve total rewards programs to stay competitive.
• Oversee base salary structures and incentive plans.
• Lead annual rewards cycles, salary reviews, and payout processes.
• Analyze internal equity and market data for pay progression.
• Support executive comp strategies with global benchmarks.
• Lead benchmarking initiatives and provide compensation modeling.
• Define scalable benefits offerings based on market needs.
• Lead Rewards team and foster operational excellence.
• Drive rewards systems implementation and governance processes.
• Collaborate with People Leads, Talent Acquisition, Finance and senior leaders.
