Qualifications

• Exec Pastry Chef responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Pastry Department.
• Oversee menu development, production planning, team leadership, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all pastry and bakery operations across restaurants, lounges, in-room dining, banquets, and VIP experiences.
• Develop innovative dessert menus, seasonal offerings, artisan bakery products, and signature pastry concepts.
• Ensure product quality, consistency, presentation, food safety and hygiene across the department.
• Drive production planning, inventory management, purchasing, and cost control initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor pastry staff and foster a high-performing team culture.
