Job summary

Muna British Academy, part of Aldar Education, is seeking a Head of Year - Primary for a full-time, on-site leadership role in Abu Dhabi. The role combines primary leadership with responsibility for curriculum quality, student achievement, staff performance and resource management.

The candidate will use data and collaborative leadership to uphold high standards of teaching and learning while supporting academic and pastoral development of students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or BA with PGCE in Education or another teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies reflecting the school's vision and priorities.
• Monitor development plans and ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
• Use student performance data to guide improvements and ensure curriculum provision.
• Lead and develop staff, manage resources and budgets effectively.
