Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) in Dubai seeks a seasoned Head of Wealth Management to elevate the firm’s wealth platform and drive revenue from the existing asset base. You will provide strategic direction, work with the CEO and partners on the five-year growth plan, and oversee a 15+ strong front-line private banking team.

Ideal candidates have proven leadership in an EAM or private banking environment, demonstrated asset growth, and the ability to transfer an existing high-performing

Qualifications

• Ideally current Head of Wealth Management or Divisional leader within an existing EAM structure. Private Banks will also be considered.
• Experience managing a team of front line private bankers and demonstrate experience driving asset growth and revenues.
• Ideally some transferable assets and an existing team to transfer across to the structure.

CGP are exclusively mandated by one of the most well established Asset Management platforms in the DIFC who are looking to bring on a seasoned Head of Wealth Management to focus on further strengthening their Wealth Management function. The firm have built a solid reputation within the DIFC since the late 2000's and currently have developed one of the most rounded product offerings on the market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Work strategically with the CEO & Partners on carving out the roadmap for the next 5 year growth plan of the firm
• Develop a plan to hire strategic bankers to further develop AUM of the platform
• Inherit the current team (15+ front line bankers) and focus on driving revenue from existing asset base
• Oversea global expansion plans, currently opperating across three jurisdictions with plans to further expand coverage

Requirements
