Job summary

wowJobs is seeking a Chief Executive Officer – Wealth for a leading banking organization in DIFC, Dubai. The role leads the Wealth Management business at the DIFC branch, driving client acquisition, portfolio growth and revenue generation in a highly regulated environment.

The candidate will manage a senior wealth team, oversee risk controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and engage with key stakeholders to deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients and affluent segments.

Qualifications

• 25+ years of banking experience
• 15–20 years in Wealth Management
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership/team management

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the Wealth Management business of the DIFC branch.
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, portfolio growth, AUM and revenue generation.
• Lead and manage the Wealth Management team and senior stakeholders.
• Drive HNI & affluent client acquisition and deepen existing relationships.
• Lead strategic client engagements and support conversion of high-value relationships.
• Ensure strong risk management, compliance and operational controls across the business.
• Ensure all activities comply with DIFC regulations and DFSA rules.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Credit, Wealth Management Products and other stakeholders.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Wealth Management, HNW Banking and regulatory requirements.

We are hiring a Chief Executive Officer – Wealth for a leading banking organization in DIFC, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the Wealth Management business of the DIFC branch
• Develop and execute strategies for client acquisition, portfolio growth, AUM and revenue generation
• Lead and manage the Wealth Management team and senior stakeholders
• Drive HNI & affluent client acquisition and deepen existing relationships
• Lead strategic client engagements and support conversion of high-value relationships
• Ensure strong risk management, compliance and operational controls across the business
• Ensure all business activities remain within the permissible activities of the DIFC branch and applicable DFSA regulations
• Work closely with Compliance, Treasury, Operations, Credit, Wealth Management Products and other key stakeholders
• Act as a senior subject matter expert in Wealth Management, HNW Banking and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile:

• 25+ years of overall banking experience
• 15–20 years of experience in Wealth Management
• Minimum 10 years in a senior leadership/team management role

Preferred Certifications: CWM / NCFM / CAIIB / ACAMS
