Job summary

CNN Business Arabic in Dubai seeks a Production Manager to lead the visual production across shows, guiding videographers, editors, designers and photographers. You will own the visual language, set high standards, manage end-to-end production workflows, ensure platform-ready assets, and collaborate with show leads and editorial teams to deliver high-quality content.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary creative/production teams.
• Strong expertise in cinematography, lighting, and editing.
• Experience with end-to-end production workflows from pre- to post-production.

Responsibilities

• Lead videographers, editors, graphic designers, and photographers as one integrated creative and craft team.
• Own the visual language across shows and formats, including mood, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Set and maintain the aesthetic and technical bar for all visual content and ensure consistent quality across assets.
• Direct the overall look and visual identity of shows, formats, campaigns, and digital content.
• Ensure visual execution remains consistent with the brand across platforms.
• Provide creative direction and feedback throughout the production process from concept to final delivery.
• Review key assets to ensure they meet high creative standards.
• Encourage innovation and experimentation in visual storytelling and digital formats.
• Maintain high-quality craft and attention to detail across outputs.
