Job summary

TalentsTide in Dubai seeks a senior strategist to shape a sector-wide plan for the visual arts field in the Emirate. You will engage with internal units and external stakeholders to identify gaps and develop programs, KPIs and targets that activate the sector.

Responsibilities include managing annual operating plans, overseeing budgets, monitoring performance, and reporting. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure policy development aligns with Dubai's cultural education and exhibition

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant role.
• Ability to prepare consistent recommendations and inputs for policies, legislation and laws.
• Experience managing high-impact programs with coordination across stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement sector-wide strategic plans with KPIs and targets.
• Oversee annual operating plans, budgets and performance reports.
