Job summary

TalentsTide seeks a Chief Officer – Visual Arts to plan and coordinate programs, research, and partnerships within the visual arts sector in Dubai. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, program monitoring, and international collaboration to advance cultural initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and a strong grasp of project and stakeholder management within arts environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in research, data analysis, reporting, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of project management, performance management, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with trends and best practices in the arts, design, and literature sector.
• Knowledge of funding and grant mechanisms within the arts sector.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, and initiatives related to arts sector development.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of annual operational plans, programs, projects, and initiatives related to visual arts.
• Coordinate visual arts activities, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and workshops, ensuring timely implementation.
• Conduct research, collect and analyze data, and prepare reports, statistics, and recommendations related to the visual arts sector.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, targets, and deliverables.
• Identify challenges and development opportunities within the visual arts field and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with internal departments, government entities, private organizations, and external partners.
• Support local, regional, and international participation in visual arts events and initiatives.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, correspondence, agreements, and partnership documents.
• Contribute to reviewing industry trends, best practices, policies, and initiatives in arts/design/culture.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of programs to measure outcomes and impact.
