Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Transportation or related fields.
- 9+ years experience with a Master's degree; 11+ years with a Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in PMP/PRINCE2; advanced transport modeling & analytics; GIS (ArcGIS/QGIS).
- Experience with KPI/strategic performance monitoring and stakeholder coordination.
Responsabilités
- Lead transportation planning and modeling delivery for the Emirate and Dubai.
- Update strategic plans, KPI targets, budgets, and rights-of-way coordination with authorities.
- Maintain and issue the Dubai Transport Planning Model and manuals; support reviews.
- Develop and update strategic transport plans aligned with urban development and budgets.
- Provide technical input on studies, legislation, and plans related to roads and transport.
