Job summary

Talent Hunt DMCC seeks a senior procurement leader to drive end-to-end procurement across multiple sites in the construction sector. You will manage large-scale material sourcing, warehousing, and inventory strategies to optimize cost and delivery reliability.

The role requires 20 years of experience with the last decade in a Head/Director or Senior Manager Procurement / Supply Chain position, and a background in construction/contracting.

Qualifications

• Must have managed construction material worth AED 200-500 million.
• Must have managed 5+ warehouses simultaneously.
• Must have managed annual procurement of AED 500 million.
• 20 years of total work experience with last 10 years at Head/Director/Senior Manager Procurement / Supply Chain level.
• From Construction/Contracting background is essential.
• Must possess strong relationships with Global Manufacturers, Local Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Must be exposed to automating supply chain functions to run it efficiently.

Salary: 45,000 AED + Education Allowance + Bonus

Key Requirements:

• Must have managed Construction Material worth AED 200 - 500 Million.
• Must have managed upward of minimum 5 Warehouses simultaneously.
• Must have managed annual procurement of AED 500 Million.
• Prefer Mechanical Engineer, either Mechanical or Electrical studies.
• Must possess overall 20 years of work experience with last 10 years on a Head, Director or Senior Manager Procurement / Supply Chain level.
• Must come from Construction / Contracting background.
• Possess strong relationships with Global Manufacturers, Local Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Must be exposed to automating supply chain functions to run it efficiently.
