Confidential Careers in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Manager to lead end-to-end guest experience and service design across a multi-asset portfolio. You will turn guest insights into journey maps and target-state concepts, shaping experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.

You will build service blueprints that connect front-stage and back-stage operations, set design standards, and coach teams in design thinking.

Formación

• Hands-on journey mapping and blueprinting at large scale, across multiple assets.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder skills, and experience telling the story to executives.
• Experience combining digital and physical guest experiences (Cemantica a plus)

Responsabilidades

• Turn guest insights into journey maps and target-state experience concepts.
• Build service blueprints that connect the front stage with the back stage (people, process, technology).
• Set design standards and governance, and coach teams in design thinking
