Job summary

Nord Anglia Education invites applications for a Head of Secondary at NAS Dubai in Abu Dhabi. The role leads the Secondary team, drives staff development and performance, and works with the Deputy Head to manage daily operations and strategic school improvement.

You will oversee delivery of UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, IB and BTEC, challenging students to reach ambitious targets while promoting innovative teaching practices and inclusive excellence.

Qualifications

• Able to drive excellence by valuing and developing others and to lead a high performing team.
• Experience with UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, IB and BTEC is essential.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of meeting performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to Secondary teaching staff.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, staff development and performance management.
• Contribute to Senior Leadership Team and lead school improvement initiatives.
• Deliver UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, IB and BTEC programmes.
