Job summary

Hostaway is seeking its first Head of Product Analytics to own how we measure and decide what to build. You will define standards, write analyses, and mentor the team while collaborating with product and data engineering at a high-growth, AI-first company.

The role is 100% remote within the EMEA region, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You will shape product measurement, KPIs, and the analytics operating model for the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS at a scaling stage.
• Strong data foundations and ability to design reliable data models with Data Engineering.
• Experience with event tracking and AI tools; able to influence beyond your title.
• Proven ability to move organizations from gut feel to data-led decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product measurement standards and KPIs; bring measurement into planning.
• Write queries and build analyses hands-on, not just manage.
• Collaborate with product leaders, data engineers and other stakeholders.
• Design tracking plans and instrumentation specs for data quality.
