qlub is seeking a Senior Product Analytics lead to drive experimentation at scale in Abu Dhabi. You will own the analytics data model, governance, and playbooks while guiding a small analytics team. This role partners with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data Engineering to enable fast, reliable experimentation and AI-powered insights.

You will mentor PMs and ops leads, define metrics, and ensure test design excellence across 50+ monthly tests in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company or analytics platform.
• Hands-on experience building/scaling experimentation programmes with solid statistics.
• Strong data modelling, dimensional modelling, and event schema design.
• Track record of driving change and influencing non-technical teams.
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own experimentation end to end: configure/scale A/B testing platform, set test standards and guardrails.
• Train PMs and operations leads to run sound experiments and build playbooks.
• Define analytical data model joining product flows with semantic layer and metrics.
• Introduce data contracts/governance with Tech/Data Eng, ensure correct event design.
• Coach and grow a team of three junior analysts and one senior analyst.
