Job summary

qlub is seeking a seasoned analytics leader to own product analytics and the experimentation engine, driving 50+ A/B tests monthly and shaping the data model for analytics and AI.

You will mentor a small team and partner with Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering to ensure governance, scalable tests, and reliable metrics across a fast-growing fintech used by diners and restaurants worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling an experimentation programme with solid statistics.
• Strong data modelling: dimensional modelling, SCDs, event schema design, dbt, SQL.
• Track record of driving change and getting non-technical teams to adopt new practices.
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead product analytics and scale 50+ A/B tests monthly.
• Define the analytical data model, semantics, and governance.
• Coach three junior analysts and one senior analyst.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Tech and Data Engineering.
• Standardize experimentation design and review results.
