Job summary

qlub is seeking a Lead Product Analytics professional to own the experimentation engine and analytic data model that underpins growth across a multi-market fintech platform. You will guide a small analytics team and partner with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data Engineering to enable rapid, AI-assisted decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years in analytics or data science at a data-driven company
Hands-on experience building or scaling an experimentation programme with solid statistics
Strong data modelling: dimensional modelling, SCDs, event schema design
Track record of driving change and getting non-technical teams to adopt new practices
Clear communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end experimentation platform: design, test, sample sizing and governance
Coach PMs and ops leads to run sound experiments and create playbooks and templates
Define analytical data model and ensure consistent joins across product flows
Establish data contracts and governance with Tech and Data Engineering
Lead and grow a team of analysts (3 junior, 1 senior)
