qlub is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Leader to drive experimentation at scale and define a robust analytics framework for AI-enabled insights. You will lead a small BI/analytics team and partner with Product, Operations, Tech, and Data Engineering to ensure reliable measurement and governance across products.

You will shape the data model, standardize test design, and mentor PMs and operations leads to run high-quality experiments, enabling faster growth in a fast-moving fintech

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics or data science at large data-driven companies or modern data platforms.
• Hands-on experience building or scaling an experimentation programme with solid statistics (power analysis, variance reduction, sequential testing).
• Strong data modelling skills: dimensional modelling, SCDs, event schema design, dbt, and SQL at a high level.
• Track record of driving change and getting non-technical teams to adopt new practices.
• Clear communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own experimentation end to end: configure and scale the A/B testing platform, set standards for test design, sample sizing, metrics and guardrails, and review results.
• Train PMs and ops leads to run sound experiments and build playbooks, templates, and rituals.
• Define the analytical data model: entity/event design, semantic layer, and metric definitions.
• Introduce data contracts and governance with Tech and Data Eng to ensure correct design of new events/tables.
• Coach and grow a team of three junior analysts and one senior analyst.
