Khalifa Fund | صندوق خليفة is seeking an experienced Head of Portfolio Risk Management to lead oversight of portfolio risk activities and ensure compliance with risk governance frameworks. You will monitor the financing portfolio, assess credit risk exposure, and implement mitigation strategies to support portfolio growth.

The role leads a team, drives continuous improvement, and provides insights to support informed decision-making for sustainable performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of credit risks across the financing portfolio.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of credit risk early warning indicators and monitoring frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio risk limits and ensure alignment with the organization's approved risk appetite.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of periodic portfolio risk reports and risk assessments for management.
• Monitor overall portfolio performance and risk concentrations through established risk classifications and metrics.
• Recommend corrective actions and risk mitigation plans for high-risk exposures and emerging risk trends.
• Maintain and regularly update portfolio risk registers, risk matrices, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Support the development of portfolio risk strategies and risk appetite frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with approved risk management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
