Job summary

Dubai Holding is seeking a Manager – Governance and Compliance to join the Governance, Risk and Compliance team. The role focuses on supporting governance, risk and compliance activities across the organization’s portfolio, maintaining robust frameworks, and ensuring regulatory alignment.

You will coordinate governance across portfolio companies, update governance trackers, and assist with audits, due diligence, and compliance reviews while supporting executive stakeholders with timely insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in governance, risk or compliance.
• Experience in portfolio management or company secretarial support.

Responsibilities

• Support governance document reviews and alignment with best practices.
• Coordinate governance processes across the portfolio and action items.
• Develop and maintain Governance, Risk and Compliance Manual.
