Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Unit Head of Program & Project Management Governance (UAE Nationals Only) in Abu Dhabi. You will lead the PM governance function within Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management, establishing standardized governance, controls, reporting and assurance across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience establishing governance standards, templates and decision rights.
• Ability to lead PM governance across programs and projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven leadership, coaching and capability development for UAE Nationals.
• Workforce planning and succession planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the PM governance framework across technology programs and projects.
• Lead independent health checks, quality reviews and assurance assessments.
• Own portfolio dashboards, data quality controls and reporting calendars.
• Coordinate governance forums with key stakeholders and ensure timely escalation.
