Job summary

Involved Solutions is partnering with a boutique, ultra-luxury real estate developer in Dubai to hire a Head of People & Talent Acquisition on a confidential basis. The hire will own the People function end to end and build it to support the next growth phase.

This is a senior HR leadership role for a candidate who has personally closed senior hires, run a generalist function, and thrives in a high-discretion environment working closely with owners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR, with a track record of building or leading a generalist function.
• Hands-on senior hiring experience, delivered personally rather than only through a team.
• Background in real estate or construction.
• UAE or GCC experience preferred, with working knowledge of local labour law and visa processes.
• Discreet and credible, operating close to owners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leading all hiring activity, from workforce planning and sourcing through to senior and executive hiring, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Running the full HR function, covering policy, compensation and benefits, performance, employee relations and culture.
• Keeping the business compliant with UAE labour law, visa and mobility requirements.
• Building People processes and infrastructure that scale with a boutique business without turning it corporate.
• Managing a small TA and HR team, which may include oversight of hiring for private household staff.
• Working closely with the CEO and principals on organisational priorities.

We have partnered with a boutique, ultra-luxury real estate developer in Dubai to hire a Head of People & Talent Acquisition on a confidential basis. The business is backed by a well-established name in regional property and is growing quickly, with a significant hiring plan ahead. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hire will own the People function end to end and build it to support the next stage of growth.

This suits a senior HR leader who still likes to do the work: someone who has personally closed senior hires, run a generalist function, and is comfortable working closely with owners in a high-discretion environment. We will also consider strong talent acquisition leaders who are not yet ready for the full HR remit.

About the role:
