NMC Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Outpatient Rehabilitation Services. You will direct Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy teams, align services with DOH standards, and drive performance improvements across the department.

You will oversee recruitment, appraisal, training, documentation, and cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Competenze

• Degree in OT, PT or SLP; Master’s degree preferred.
• Eight or more years of clinical experience.
• DOH and Home country licensure.
• Ability to lead a diverse team.
• Good command of English; Arabic language advantageous/desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage outpatient rehabilitation team and services.
• Ensure documentation, reporting and administrative paperwork are thorough and timely.
• Provide staff training and professional development on procedures.
• Coordinate care delivery with multi-disciplinary team and stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and monitor service delivery against objectives.
• Assist in recruitment, budget estimates and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with OSH, infection control, and DOH standards.
