Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or e-commerce operations is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong process design, optimization, and supply chain coordination skills.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret data and support evidence-based decisions.
• Proven team management capabilities including coaching and performance management.
• Effective communication for reporting, stakeholder alignment, and vendor management.
• Sound budgeting skills including cost control, forecasting, and resource allocation.
