Qualifications
- 12+ years in operational excellence, with 5+ in a leadership position within industrial, energy, defence or multi-entity groups.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a track record of delivered improvements.
- Finance-validated cost-impact programmes at group scale.
- Experience leading and developing multi-grade teams.
