Job summary

EDGE is seeking a seasoned leader to head the BizEx portfolio and drive operational excellence across UAE entities. You will own the portfolio end-to-end, translate assessment findings into a validated opportunity pipeline, and partner with Finance to realise productivity targets.

Leading a multi-site team, you will deploy top-down OpEx targets, enable capability building, and govern with dashboards, charters, and audits to ensure real impact and sustainability across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in operational excellence, continuous improvement or transformation roles, incl. 5+ in leadership within industrial, energy, defence or multi-entity groups.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a portfolio of delivered improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and close the BizEx portfolio with Finance-validated productivity impact (AED 10M target).
• Convert assessments into a Finance-validated opportunity pipeline and ensure execution-ready charters.
• Deploy top-down OpEx targets and drive leadership training with network of champions.
• Implement SLAs, charters, dashboards and KPI tracking; ensure audits/validation of savings by Finance.
• Lead capability initiatives incl. Digital Twin pilot, Process Mining, and the Quality Academy.
• Develop and mentor Business Excellence team; manage cross-entity collaborations.
