Job summary

Dubai Government Media Office is seeking a Section Head - Member Services to craft the strategy and roadmap for DPC Member Services. The role drives membership growth, engagement and delivery of benefits such as conferences, white papers and trainings, while developing the service team through trainings and mentoring.

The position requires 7+ years in a similar role with at least 3 years of team leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• A minimum of 3 years leading and managing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Experience working with loyalty schemes or memberships.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic roadmap for Member Services in line with GDMO vision.
• Lead collaboration with Directors to support member opportunities.
• Supervise the Member Services team, providing technical and guidance.
• Deliver member benefits such as conferences, white papers and trainings.
• Manage the Member Services budget and KPI reporting.
• Foster engagement and growth across DPC membership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field
