Responsibilities

• Scale the marketing engine across channels and partners.
• Map and optimize end-to-end user journey for high-conversion experiences.
• Drive cross-channel growth with paid search, social, SEO, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Develop granular analytics and GA4 dashboards to inform decisions.
• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Leadership.
• Build lightweight processes and reporting cadences for speed and accountability.
