Job summary

Vision XR Gallery is seeking a Head of Marketing who will take full ownership of the marketing strategy, brand and execution. This role requires leading a complete marketing function across brand, content, digital, CRM, events, partnerships and lead generation — with close collaboration to the Founder & CEO.

You will define the marketing approach, manage external partners, and build a high-performing internal team to drive premium branding and commercial growth globally.

Qualifications

• Experience taking ownership of a brand or marketing function.
• Strong track record in building and executing marketing strategies.
• Experience with digital acquisition, CRM, content and performance marketing.
• Excellent English and Dutch; French is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Vision XR marketing strategy.
• Lead digital and paid acquisition campaigns.
• Build a systematic lead-generation engine for collectors and corporate clients.
• Develop CRM segmentation, email marketing and client reactivation campaigns.
• Coordinate photography, video, graphic design and other creative production.
• Own the marketing budget and report on KPIs and ROI.
• Work with sales to improve lead quality and conversions.
